Founders and consultants who close deals on a call

Turn a thread into a booked call

A good reply in a public thread can start a real conversation. R:AIDE spots the reply that shows interest and drafts the DM for you to approve. When the person says yes, the follow-up moves to email, where they can book a call with your booking link.

The Problem

Sound familiar?

  • Someone replied "tell me more" three days ago, and you missed it
  • You're not sure when it's OK to move from a comment to a DM
  • Ask for a call too early and it feels pushy. Ask too late and they've moved on.
  • People you meet on social never make it into your follow-up
The Solution

How R:AIDE helps

  • Checks your threads for new replies and flags the ones that show interest
  • Drafts a DM that refers back to the thread, for you to approve
  • Moves the person to email once they say yes
  • Sends your booking link when an email reply shows interest, and tells you

FAQ

Thread to Booked Call FAQ

Does R:AIDE book the call for me?
Not on its own. It moves the conversation toward a call. When an interested person replies to your email, R:AIDE can answer with your booking link and let you know. They pick the time.
Does R:AIDE write the whole DM conversation?
It drafts the first DM and follow-ups for you to approve. The back-and-forth after that is yours to write.
When is it OK to send a DM?
A good time is after the person has replied and sounds interested, or has asked you to message them. R:AIDE flags those replies. Each platform also has its own rules about DMs, and you agree to follow them.
Can R:AIDE call them for me?
Yes, on Growth and above, once they've agreed to calls. Agreeing to chat in a DM doesn't count. R:AIDE checks for consent before calling a mobile number, and every call opens by saying it uses an AI voice.
