Request Data Deletion

Your privacy matters. Use this form to request deletion of any personal data R:AIDE may hold about you. We process all requests within 45 days as required by law.

At least one of email or phone number is required so we can locate your records.

What happens after you submit?

  1. We receive your request and verify the information provided.
  2. We locate any matching records across our systems.
  3. Personal data is anonymized or deleted, and your contact information is added to our suppression list to prevent future collection.
  4. Processing is completed within 45 calendar days per CCPA requirements.

Your rights

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and similar privacy laws, you have the right to request deletion of your personal information. R:AIDE does not discriminate against anyone who exercises their privacy rights.
