Compliance at R:AIDE

We believe in transparent, responsible outreach. Here is how we protect you, your contacts, and ourselves.

This page is for informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice. Compliance requirements change frequently. Consult qualified legal counsel for your specific situation. Data current as of April 2026.

1. Federal Requirements by Channel

Each outreach channel carries distinct federal regulations, consent requirements, and risk profiles. R:AIDE enforces channel-specific guardrails automatically, but certain responsibilities remain yours.

Rules differ depending on whether you are contacting consumers or businesses. AI voice call consent requirements apply to both -- but DNC registry and enforcement patterns differ.

2. State-by-State Compliance Matrix

All 50 states and DC have telemarketing regulations that layer on top of federal TCPA requirements. Some states impose stricter call windows, higher bond requirements, explicit SMS consent, or private rights of action that significantly increase litigation exposure. R:AIDE enforces the stricter of federal or state requirements for each recipient.
