How do I connect my social accounts?
Install the R:AIDE Chrome Extension, then visit your dashboard. The extension connects to Reddit, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter through your existing browser sessions.
How do I change my plan or cancel?
Go to Settings in your dashboard and click Manage Subscription. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
Why aren't suggestions appearing for my channels?
Make sure the Chrome Extension is installed and your channels are connected (green status in the extension popup). Suggestions are generated on a schedule — Reddit checks every ~2 hours, LinkedIn and X on similar intervals.
Is my data safe?
Yes. R:AIDE never stores your platform passwords. The extension operates within your existing browser sessions and all data is encrypted in transit and at rest. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Can I use R:AIDE with multiple team members?
Yes. Growth and Scale plans include team seats. Invite members from your dashboard under Settings > Team.
