Account Safety

Channel health monitoring that throttles before you get flagged

R:AIDE watches every outbound channel for risk signals — sending velocity, content repetition, account age, daily volume, monotopic patterns — and automatically throttles or pauses before you cross a platform's threshold. Your accounts stay safe so they stay productive.

5-Detector Engine

Five signals, every action, every channel

Every outbound action — an email, a call, a Reddit reply, a LinkedIn comment, an X post — is checked against five risk detectors before it ships. Velocity clustering, volume spikes, monotopic content, consecutive streaks, and account age all factor into a unified health score.

  • Velocity clustering — flags too many actions in too short a window
  • Volume spike detection — catches sudden 5x increases over baseline
  • Monotopic content — flags repeated phrases that look botted
  • Consecutive streak limiting — forces breaks between same-channel bursts
  • Account age awareness — new accounts ship slower, build trust over time

Warmup Curves

New accounts start slow, scale up as reputation builds

Brand-new email domains and social accounts can't ship at full volume on day one — that's how you get flagged. R:AIDE applies a per-channel warmup curve that mirrors what real human users can sustain, then graduates you to higher limits as your account matures.

  • Email domain warmup with graduated send volumes
  • Social account warmup curves per platform
  • Automatic graduation to higher limits as health improves
  • No manual config required — just connect and go

Cooldown Periods

When risk trips, R:AIDE pauses before the platform does

If a detector trips during normal sending, R:AIDE pauses outbound on the affected channel and lets the account cool off. You see exactly which signal fired and why in your dashboard — not after the platform restricts you, before. Pauses lift automatically once health recovers.

  • Auto-pause on detector trip — channel-specific, not platform-wide
  • Per-platform cooldown windows tuned to each platform's tolerance
  • Health score visible in your dashboard with reason codes
  • Auto-resume when the account returns to safe operating range

FAQ

Account Safety FAQ

How does R:AIDE know when my account is at risk?
R:AIDE tracks five categories of risk signals across every outbound action: how fast you're sending, whether your volume just spiked, how repetitive your content is, how long you've been streaking on one channel, and how mature your account is. Each is calibrated against what real power users can sustain without triggering platform spam filters.
Which channels does account safety apply to?
All of them. Email, voice, SMS, Reddit, LinkedIn, and X — each has its own per-channel rate ceilings, warmup curves, and cooldown periods tuned to that platform's tolerances.
Can I override the safety throttling if I need to send more?
We strongly recommend against it — the limits exist because we've watched accounts get banned for ignoring them. Enterprise plans can request elevated ceilings after a review of historic sending patterns and account health.
What happens during a cooldown pause?
Outreach on the affected channel pauses automatically. Other channels keep running normally — the pause is per-channel, not platform-wide. You see the pause and the trigger reason in your dashboard. The pause lifts automatically once the account returns to a safe health range.
Will throttling hurt my pipeline numbers?
The opposite. Aggressive sending without safety guards burns sender reputation and gets accounts banned — which is when your pipeline really suffers. Conservative pacing means fewer messages but a much higher percentage of them actually land in inboxes and stay in feeds.
